Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp has been a Canadian actress for many years. She is well-known for the roles she played in the film industry and on television. Her popularity is shared by both Canadian and American television. At the age of Emily was twelve, she started to get attracted to acting when she visited her older sister Katie at the location of one of her films. Emily began attending classes in acting and auditioning after realizing that she was passionate about acting. Her first audition was for commercials and was soon selected as a child actress in the Canadian television horror show Are You Scared of Darkness? It was just one scene, without any dialogue. Her first major break at the age of 15 when she was cast as a regular character on Glory Days, a WB series Glory Days. Emily's appearance on Glory Days, a show on WB which ended up being cancelled nine episodes later, caught the attention and casting of Greg Berlanti from Dawson's Creek. Emily has also been a dancer, a photographer and was named as among the top 20 Teen's actresses. Emily was listed as number 51 on Maxim's Hot 100 list of 2014.
