Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He also serves as Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne In addition to being a pastor, is committed to educating the next generation. He serves on the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of numerous online publications and is also a contributing writer in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling changing lives by embracing God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne has three kids along together with his wife Leslie.
