April Lockhart
April Lockhart, born in 1995 on July 4th July, started taking lessons on piano and guitar at seven years old. The passion for creating songs was sparked. April Lockhart penned her first single"Different" when she was twelve years old. At the age of 14, April was devoted for a long period of time in making song lyrics and working on her musical skills. Then she began to take trips to write with her father in NY and LA. April began including other topics in the book, Take My Hand, for those of her peers who struggled with disabilities, peer pressure or even suicide. Lockhart collaborates with famous clean beauty brand Ilia as well as a lifestyle blogger with her own growing following. The truth is that she was born without a left hand and that creates her unique. It's not the only characteristic of her. Lockhart's profile on Instagram doesn't conceal her handicap, but it doesn't just focus on it. What is the message? It's this that we all share numerous identities. We're much way more diverse than we think we are. Lockhart said via video that she didn't want to be defined solely by her handicap. She doesn't wish to become an advocate for disabled people who only talks about disability. There are a lot of aspects to Lockhart. The fact that she is a disability influencer doesn't impact my everyday life. It's all normal, and I've learned to make adjustments. In addition, I see that it is a crucial component of my life. Self-acceptance can be a marathon for a lifetime but Lockhart is a true inspiration in this regard. She admits that she's been through phases of her body and sometimes being unsure about wearing particular types of clothes that showed how much of her body. Nowadays, she can wear whatever she wants. She also posts her pictures to social media. It's all a process is the key thing I'm not certain that you ever arrive she says about self-love. However, that is common for anyone with doubts. The people you surround yourself with, who know your personal story and who can look inside your soul are the ones you should be relying on to remind you of what you're worried about.
