Erin Cahill has gained fame through her appearances on television shows such as the Power Rangers: Time Force, the show How I Met Your Mother, and Saving Grace. Cahill is a Virginian native who first began performing in plays for high school at the local stage productions of her mother as a four-year-old. At the age of eight she started taking dance and singing lessons. She was a performer throughout her education and then enrolled in Marymount Manhattan College (New York) after graduating. She dropped out of Marymount Manhattan College in the age of 19, to move to Los Angeles and become an actor. Cahill made her screen debut in 2000, in the film short Speed for Thespians.
